About us
The Mingle Studio is Greensboro's first dedicated space for social American mahjong, opening fall 2026. Built on years of ticketed events, lessons, and community pop-ups, we're growing into a permanent home with open play, leagues, private events, and a retail boutique. We're looking for a creative, organized intern to help us build out our social presence and marketing systems as we get ready to open our doors.
What you'll do
- ＋Create, edit, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- ＋Support email marketing campaigns, including drafting, formatting, and scheduling sends
- ＋Edit short-form video content using CapCut
- ＋Design graphics and templates using Canva
- ＋Help maintain a consistent content calendar and brand voice across platforms
- ＋Assist with occasional on-site content capture at events (photos/video)
What we're looking for
- ✓Comfortable and skilled editing video in CapCut
- ✓Experience designing in Canva
- ✓Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube best practices and trends
- ✓Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage deadlines independently
- ✓Interest in small business marketing, branding, or community-building a plus
- ✓Must be local to the Greensboro/Triad area
- ✓No mahjong experience required, but you must be interested in learning
Schedule
Required: Tuesdays or Wednesdays, 10am–1pm, for our weekly in-person work block.
The rest of the schedule is flexible and can be done remotely.
